In all these matters, the petitioners are seeking directions to decide the tribe claim, which is pending before the respondent No.2 - Committee. In all the matters, definitely, we can observe that there is delay on the part of the petitioners to approach respondent No.2 - Committee, yet since now their tribe claim verification proceedings is pending before respondent No.2 - Committee, respondent No.2 - Committee will have to decide it. The petitioners are students, who state that they are willing to get the benefit of their claim for further studies. Therefore, we dispose of all the petitions by giving directions to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within the period of six months from today. 2.
