ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amounts of compensation as deposited by appellant - Acquiring Body. The learned Counsel for the applicants placed reliance on order dated 13.10.2022 whereby this Court considering the directions of Hon'ble Apex Court, has allowed the applicants therein to withdraw entire amounts of compensation. In the present matters also parts of deposited amounts are already withdrawn by the applicants. As such, the respective applicants in all these applications are permitted to withdraw
