PER COURT :- I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. This writ petition is premature one. Neither the Executing Court nor the Appellate Court before whom the appeal preferred by the petitioner alongwith the condonation of delay is pending has passed any order against the petitioner. It is merely an apprehension of the petitioner that the Courts below would not consider his objection. However, merely on the assumptions and presumptions of the petitioner, no writ jurisdiction can be exercised. Hence, following order.
