The petitioner who is the second wife of the deceased, the first wife having died on 31 December 2009, is seeking pension. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner merely intends that her representation dated 12 December 2022, exhibit 'E' be considered by the respondent no. 3. 3.

Without expressing any thing on merits, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider petitioner's representation exhibit 'E' on its own merits and take decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.
