Mr. P.V. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner as 'Koli Mahadev' is pending with the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, however the College is insisting for the validity Certificate.

The learned Addl. Government Pleader states that the Vigilance report is received, within three months the proceedings would be decided.

In view of the statement made by the learned Addl. Government Pleader, the Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within three months from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
