Court's or Judge's orders Mr.U.R.Awate, advocate holding for Mr.S.B.Talekar, advocate for the petitioners.

Mrs.V.N.Patil, A.G.P. for the State.

Mr.V.D.Gunale, advocate for Respondent Nos.4 to 7. CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA AND K.L.WADANE,JJ.

Date : 23.11.2016.

PER COURT :

1.

Heard.

2.

On 21.11.2016, the interim orders were passed in favour of the petitioners, whereby the Respondents were directed to grant provisional approval to the appointment of the petitioners as trained teachers as before with effect from 17.1.2005 and continue to release salary to the petitioners as trained teachers pending decision of this petition.

3.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that inspite of communicating with the petitioners, they have not instructed him about further development. We had disposed of the connected Writ

Petitions bearing W.P.No.4620/2005 and W.P.No.4632/2005 on the basis of the statement of the learned A.G.P. that the services of the petitioners have been approved in the said Writ Petitions. 4.

In the present matter also it appears that the purpose of the petitioners stands redressed.

5.

In case the petitioners are still in service and no adverse orders are passed and if they have completed the postal D.Ed. then the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the interim orders. In case there is any dispute with regard to the pay-scale paid to them or in respect of arrears of salary then the petitioners may approach the Management and/or authority concerned which would be considered by the authority and/or Management in accordance with law.

6.

Rule accordingly made absolute in above terms. No costs. (K.L.WADANE,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.23.11.2016.
