Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that as the matter is compromised between the parties out of the Court, the applicant wishes to withdraw the present Criminal Application no.585 of 2014 filed for condonation of delay in filing the criminal appeal.

Considering the fact that the present applicant wanted to file appeal against the order of acquittal of

Appln. 585/2014 present respondent nos.2 to 4 recorded by learned 7th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed for the offences punishable under section 452, 324, 504, 506 r/w. section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and there were counter cases, liberty to withdraw the application is hereby granted. Criminal Application No. 585 of 2014 is accordingly disposed of.
