Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and the suit came to be compromised in Lok-Adalat. Accordingly, the suit came to be disposed of on 13.07.2019 by the trial Court in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties in Lok-Adalat. 2.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.
