Learned counsel submits that Tahsildar, Aurangabad has communicated to Tahsildar, Paithan to consider the application filed by the petitioner for running canteen in the premises of Tahsil Office, Paithan. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case the application referred to respondent No. 3/Tahsildar, Paithan ( page 11) is pending, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within three months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
