1] The petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondents including the Commissioner to take steps in pursuance to the application / complaint dated 26.10.2015 or decide the same expeditiously.

2] The learned APP, on instructions, states that decision on the aforesaid application would be taken within a period of four weeks from today.

3] The statement made by the learned APP is accepted.
