PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the application was given for re-measurement. The Sub Divisional Officer issued letter on 23.06.2014 to respondent no.3 for re-measurement of the land and to file the report. The learned counsel submits that petitioners filed an application on 09.08.2017. Pursuant to the said application, respondent no.2 issued letter to respondent no.3Deputy Superintendent Land Record and directed him to conduct re-measurement, however, re-measurement is not conducted as yet.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

Considering the fact that the directions are given by respondent no.2 to respondent no.3 to

(2) 8-wp-2118-2020 conduct re-measurement, respondent nos.2 and 3 shall take further steps in the matter and the same shall be taken to its logical end expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
