This petition claims disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 05th April, 2017 in Writ Petition No.11385/2016. 2.

Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the order dated 05th July, 2019 passed by this Court in Review Application Stamp No.15138/2018 in Writ Petition No.11385/2016, whereby the order under review was recalled and Writ Petition No.11385/2016 is restored to it's original position.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
