Learned Advocate for the petitioner / original respondent in HMP No.100 of 2016 submits that the petitioner was aggrieved by the impugned order dated 23.8.2018, rejecting her application Exhibit 30, seeking rejection of the petition under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC. Subsequently, the trial Court has framed an issue as regards the maintainability of the petition and the grievance of the petitioner is therefore, taken care of. He submits that the petition can be disposed off.
