1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.284/2025, the same is allowed. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant in ABA No.103/2025, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for Assist to P.P.

3] The applicant in ABA No.103/2025 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime

103.25ABA No. 0340/2024, registered at Jinsi Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar [Aurangabad], for the offence punishable under Sections 316 (4), 316 (2), 306, 317 (4) of B.N.S. Act, 2023.

4] The case against the applicant is that the applicant has received the stolen property i.e. gold ornaments from the co-accused by paying substantial amount and the same is noticed from the statement of the co-accused. The co-accused is the employee of the present applicant and he has made statement that he has sold the melted gold to the applicant. The applicant has given Tunch Certificate to the co-accused. Considering the same, this is not a case to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed.

5] It is clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations of this Court while deciding regular bail or at trial.
