The bailiff report further indicates that the appellant no.6 had expired but no steps were taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the appellant no.6. Therefore, by order dated 5th February, 2014, appeal stands abated against appellant no.6.

2] No one has entered appearance on behalf of the appellants till the date.

3] In view of the same, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
