Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A very limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioner being aggrieved by an order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar, Dist. Nanded dated 07.12.2017 presented an appeal before the Scrutiny Committee on 19.01.2018. The submission is the petitioner is possessing sufficient material in support of his claim and as such the grounds are raised in challenging the order of the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner is a student prosecuting his education in 12th standard and is desirous for seeking admission in professional courses. The petitioner stake his claim for such courses would require to appear for the preliminary examination like NEET-2019 and for the very purpose the petitioner would need the validity certificate. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner thus submitted that the petitioner is before this Court with

( 2 ) wp1371.19 a limited prayer seeking direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal expeditiously. 4.

This being a limited grievance the petition is disposed of at the admission stage by issuing directions to respondent No.2- Committee to decide the appeal presented by the petitioner on 19.01.2018 as early as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court.
