We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader. Inspite of orders of the State Information Commission, the information as per the directions issued is not provided.

Under order dated 17th January, 2019, we had directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader to take instruction, the period in which the information will be provided as per the order of the State Information Commission.

The respondents shall give the information as directed by

2 wp 7320.18 the State Information Commission in its order dated 22.03.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from today, as per rules, if not provided earlier.

With these directions the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
