Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that First Appeal filed by the petitioner came to be allowed by order dated 29.06.2010 and the respondents were directed to pay the amount. However, from 2010 the amount has not been disbursed by the respondents.

In our opinion, filing the petition is not an appropriate remedy.

In-case, the petitioner feels that the order in First Appeal referred here-in-

wp1143.18 above is not complied with, he can initiate appropriate proceedings for said grievance.

With above observations, the petitions stands disposed of.
