DATE : 28/06/2017 PER COURT :- 1] Mr.Patil, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions states that the petitioner has received a communication that the competent scrutiny committee has issued the certificate of validity in favour of the petitioner and she can obtain the original personally. The petitioner is ready and willing to visit office of the scrutiny committee and collect such certificate personally.

2] In view of the fact that the learned AGP confirms that this certificate of validity is issued and the petitioner would be receiving it the moment she attends the office of the scrutiny committee, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Needless to clarify that the impugned order does not survive in the light of the readiness and willingness of the scrutiny committee. The Writ Petition is disposed of in these terms.
