By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 13/12/2019, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nanded in Criminal Revision No.35/2019, thereby confirming the order dated 14/02/2019, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nanded in R.C.C. No.461/2017 of issuing process against him. 3.

This petition is filed in the year 2020. Since then it is not circulated and listed before this Court and today it has come before the Court for the first time. The matter before the learned Trial Court might have proceeded further.

Today also, Advocate for the petitioner is absent. It appears that the petitioner is not vigilant and alert and therefore, this Court cannot come to his aid.

Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
