This petition takes exception to the order dated 13.01.2015 whereby direction was issued by District Superintendent of Land Records for carrying out correction in the consolidation scheme.

This petition came to be filed with apprehension that Petitioner is likely to be affected by implementation of the order. In response to the said submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner in this regard, learned counsel for Respondent has placed on record relevant documents which indicate that the land held by

- 2 - wp1664.22.odt Petitioner before implementation of consolidation scheme is not likely to be affected by correction therein.

Since Petitioner is not likely to be affected by order dated 13.01.2015, petition is disposed of. It is however clarified that the authorities concerned to ensure that Petitioner is not adversely affected by the order impugned.
