It appears that inadvertently, it is not stated in the operative part of the order that the respondent/original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount, if deposited, by the appellant MSRTC before this Court.

So, in view of this, in the operative part of the order clause No.3 is inserted, which reads as under :- "3. The Respondent-original claimant is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant MSRTC before this Court."

Insertion be carried out accordingly.

Motion for speaking to the minutes accordingly stands disposed of.
