In affidavit in-reply presented on behalf of Municipal Corporation, Parbhani ( for short "Corporation") it has been assured that the Corporation will make endeavour to pay salary of the petitioners in terms of the entries recorded in chart Exhibit R-1. 2.

In view of statement made, the Corporation is directed to pay salary of the petitioners in consonance with statement at Exhibit R-1 within a period of six months from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
