th February, 2015 DATED : 24 PER COURT :- 1] The proceedings filed on behalf of the present applicants for unfair labour practices were rejected by the learned Industrial Court on the ground that the Industrial Court has no jurisdiction to entertain such complaint, since it was the case before the Industrial Court by the employer that the present

ca2480.15 applicants are the contract labourers.

2] Thus, the present Writ Petition only pertains to the jurisdiction of the court.

3] According to the applicants they are out of employment since 1999.

4] In that view of the matter, present Civil Application is allowed. Fix the Writ Petition for final hearing on 9.4.2015.

5] Civil Application is disposed of.
