On instructions a prayer is made for withdrawal of the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prefer proceedings under Sub Section 3 of Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Time consumed in prosecuting present petition be taken into account along with the claim that neither the order/notice while passing of order U/Sec. 28A of the Act was not made available to the petitioners, nor they are provided with the amount of compensation in case, if the issue of limitation crops up.
