The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to issue permission in favour of the petitioner for removing sand from his private agricultural land gut No. 434 situated at village Hungunda, Tq. Biloli, Dist. Nanded.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents state. 4.

In fact, now the matter would stand to rest. The Hon'ble

2 wp 3839.19 State Minister for Revenue had passed an order on 09.04.2018 setting aside order of the Additional Commissioner allowing the petitioner to excavate and transport 6027 brass sand from his land gut No. 434. The Collector Nanded had filed review before the Hon'ble Minister for State of the said order. The review is dismissed and the Collector is directed to implement the order within two weeks and submit the report to the Minister. 5.

The respondent No. 2 shall implement the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister for State (Revenue) as referred to above within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 6.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
