By order dated 8.12.2021 criminal application came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, due to unavoidable circumstances, he could not attend the matter, even though, it is kept back at his request.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal application no.280 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', subject to the costs of Rs.500/- (Rs Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Criminal application No.2156 of 2021 is adjourned to 23.3.2022 for hearing.
