This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Letters Patent Appeal, by order dated 5th July 2012 and for condonation of delay.

Considering the contentions raised in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed accordingly. The order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the Letters Patent Appeal is set aside and Letters Patent Appeal is restored to tis original position. The delay caused in presenting the instant Application is condoned.

The Applicant shall remove office objections within two weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within the period stipulated as above, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.

4.

Place the Letter Patent Appeal for admission hearing on 12th February 2016, subject to compliance of the aforesaid directions.
