Respondent no. 3 is personally present before the Court and has tendered unconditional apology for the lapses committed by him. The unconditional apology tendered by respondent no. 3 is accepted. 2.

Affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of respondent no.3 wherein it is stated that application tendered by petitioner under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act will be decided within a period of two weeks.

In view of undertaking recorded in affidavit-in-reply, writ petition stands disposed of. On determination of amount of compensation payable to petitioner, respondent no. 4 - acquiring body shall pay the amount as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the

wp1531.12.doc date of communication of such decision. Petitioners as well as the acquiring body shall appear before respondent no. 3 on 23.03.2015 and as such, no separate notice requiring their presence before the authority shall be necessary.
