The husband has preferred Criminal Revision Application No.201/2016, being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the order passed by the Family Court, Aurangabad granting maintenance to the wife under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He has deposited the amount pursuant to the order of this Court towards arrears of maintenance and the wife now wants to withdraw it.

The amount being for maintenance of the wife, the prayer made in this application is innocuous. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.
