This is an application for condonation of delay of 921 days in preferring the first appeal by the State against the judgment and award passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division at Osmanabad, District Osmanabad dated 15.04.2013 in LAR No.683 of 2002. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the aforesaid delay is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
