Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in present writ petition, the order dated 09.01.2018 passed by Competent Authority and Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Manjara Project, Osmanabad in File No. 2017/National Highway No 9/CR/154 has been challenged wherein there was an objection raised for disbursement of amount of compensation to the respondent No. 4. He makes a statement that he has taken instructions from his clients and as per instructions, amount is already disbursed. Therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 2.
