Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amounts which has been deposited by the State -Acquiring Body. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the learned Reference Court has granted five times more compensation as that of SLAO. In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with the proportionate interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R.in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of this appeal.
