Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amount which has been deposited by the State -Acquiring Body. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the learned Reference Court has granted five times more compensation as that of SLAO. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount along with the interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
