Heard. This is an application for adding proposed respondent no. 16 as a party respondent to the petition on the SG Punde, PA
2 16CA1311.2021 ground that during the pendency of the petition, by registered sale deed respondent nos. 5 and 6 have sold the suit property in favour of the respondent no.16 and, therefore, respondent no. 16 is a necessary and appropriate party in the present proceedings. 2.
In light of the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '
B' and 'C' of the application.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
4.
After carrying out the amendment, the applicants shall serve the copy of the amended petition on the respondents. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicants makes a statement that the respondent no. 16 has already been served. .
Statement is accepted.
6.
Liberty to respondent no. 16 to respond to the petition, if so advised.
7.
Application stands disposed off.
