The learned Standing Counsel representing Respondent Nos.1 and 2, places on record a copy of the corrigendum published by the Aurangabad Cantonment Board, dated 23.02.2023 in daily "Lokmat", on 24.02.2023. It is informed that Marathi language is being included to enable candidates to appear in the written test for the vacant posts of Safai Karmachari and Mazdoor. The copy of the corrigendum is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

Since the petitioner's grievance is that the persons,
