The learned counsel submits that the application filed by petitioners for issuance of caste certificate is pending since 2014 with respondent no.3.

In case, application is filed by petitioners and the same is pending with respondent no.3 for issuance of caste certificate, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within a period of two months from the date of appearance of petitioners. 3.

The petitioners shall appear before respondent no.3 on 21.02.2020.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
