The legal heir of respondent - Ganpat Namdeo Mali namely Pandharinath Ganpat Mali is present in Court and he informs that respondent - Ganpathexpired on 04.05.2013 and even the appellant - Amrutabai Kalu Mali expired long back.

It appears from record that no application for bringing legal heirs of either appellant or respondent is filed. Hence, both second appeals stand disposed of as abated.
