In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for setting aside the enquiry proceedings initiated against him and for a declaration to hold the Enquiry Committee as illegal and invalid under Rule 37 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 and 3 has placed on record copy of the order dated 21.06.2017, passed by the Management, by which services of the petitioner came to be dismissed with retrospective effect from 12.10.2013.
