The execution of the award passed by the Civil Judge, S.D., Udgir dated 3.4.2013 in LAR Nos. 1499/2010, 1500/2010 and 1501/2010 are hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit entire amount under the award alongwith consequential benefits within Twelve (12) weeks from today, failing which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically.
