Mr. Rudrawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 be directed to forward the salary bills of the petitioner to the Pay Unit Department of the Zilla Parishad. According to the petitioner, the Management has already forwarded the salary bills of the petitioner for the period from 20.06.2008 to 31.05.2012, however, the Education Officer has not taken any decision upon the same. Mr. Rudrawar the learned counsel submits that the copy of the said salary bills is given to the respondent Education officer today also.

Mrs. Raut, the learned AGP, submits that the Education Officer (Secondary ) is present in the Court. Copy of the said salary bill is given to him and upon 1/2

16wp1125.odt his instructions, states that the Education Officer would process the said salary bill and take decision upon it within three months. The said statement is expected. In view of the said statement, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
