This petition is filed raising the grievance that though the petitioner no.2 was assigned the duty of Headmaster w.e.f. 1st November, 2011, and thereafter, though he has rendered satisfactory services as Headmaster, approval is not granted to his services as Headmaster by respondent no.2. In paragraph no.4 of the petition it is stated that the petitioner no.2 is senior-most teacher in the school. 2.

In the light of the submissions made across the Bar, and keeping in view the pleadings in the petition, and the documents placed on record, we direct respondent no.2 to consider the proposal of petitioner no.2 for approval on its own merits keeping in view the service record of the petitioner no.2 and also after verifying the seniority as expeditiously as possible, however, within ten weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
