This application is filed for condonation of delay of 4 years and 238 days in filing the Review Application.

The ground raised for condonation of delay is that the applicant got knowledge of passing of the judgment under review, in the year 2016 and thereafter, he has filed the present Review Application.

The said ground raised by the applicant is not acceptable.

While passing the order under review, this Court considered the qualification acquired by the petitioner at the time of applying for the post of Agricultural Assistant. This Court has also considered the orders passed in other matters and the order passed by the Tribunal.

In view of the above, no case is made out for review and for condonation of delay in filing the review application. The application is rejected.
