1) The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused papers of investigation.

2) Crime is registered on the basis of report given by the Executive Engineer of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company ("MAHAVITARAN"). There are allegations that present applicant and others

2 Application 444/2015 joined hands and they installed the transformers illegally, they took supply from supply line and gave supply illegally. It is alleged that five such transformers were erected and they were not as per the seniority of the applications and no such authorization was given by the Company. Statements of the villagers are recorded and they show that, they have collected money directly from them and even the material of the Company was used illegally and one Engineer of the Company was involved in this work. There is specific allegation against the applicant that he had executed the work at Lonar Bhaigaon. As there are other allegations against the applicant, there is theft of electricity, theft of material of the Company, this Court holds that no relief of the nature of anticipatory bail can be granted in favour of the applicant. Custodial interrogation is required in such case. 3) In the result, the application is rejected.
