The Applicants by this Civil Application pray for recalling of the order of the Registrar dated 08.01.2015 by which Writ Petition No.10351/2014 was dismissed for non payment of Bhatta. The Civil Application is filed within limitation. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, same is allowed. Writ Petition No.10351/2014 is restored. The Applicants shall pay Bhatta within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. On payment of
