The Petitioners, are objectors before the Trial Court in Civil M.A. No. 688/2018 fled by the Respondents seeking heirship certifcate, considering that a tenancy issue which led to an independent litigation under the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, has travelled upto this Court in Writ Petition No. 1728/2019. The Petitioner herein, is the Petitioner in the said Writ Petition and this Court has not granted interim relief.

As such, mere pendency of the Writ Petition and this Court not granting relief in the past one year,

971-wp-4009-20.odt would not mean that the Trial Court dealing with the heirship certifcate, should stay the proceedings. 3.

I have perused the impugned order which is well reasoned. In the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court, I do not fnd that the impugned order could be branded as being perverse or erroneous.

This petition, being devoid of merit is, therefore, dismissed.
