The present petition was filed for challenging the impugned order dated 21.07.2023 passed by the Divisional Deputy Director, Education, Latur, Division Latur. Then further consequential prayers were made.

We heard the matter on 29.01.2024 and the matter was adjourned for taking instructions by the learned AGP.

Today the learned AGP is producing communication dated 08.02.2024, which is taken on record by marking Exh. "A", wherein, it is informed by respondent No. 1 that he has cancelled the impugned order on 21.07.2023 and he is ready to give an opportunity to all concerned persons and to take a decision afresh.

In view of the said communication Exh. "A", the petition stands partly allowed. The impugned order dated 21.07.2023, which is already cancelled is taken note of. The petitioners and respondent No. 3 to remain present before respondent No. 1 on 15.03.2024. Respondent No. 1 after giving them opportunity of hearing to decide the proposal/proceeding within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
