Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Looking at the nature of grievance being made in the writ petition and while representation for reddressal of grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending, it would be expedient that respondent No. 2 Education Officer proceeds with the representation dated 2nd January, 2017 submitted by the petitioner and decide on the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date receipt of writ of this order, in case the same is not already decided. 3.

With aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
