Today the learned APP produced on the record the communication of Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Jail dated 4.2.2021. It shows that in the account of the petitioner there is only amount of Rs.3725/-. It is informed that for taking the petitioner with escort as per the order made by this Court, for escort itself, the amount of Rs.10795/- is required. The learned APP submitted that this amount is not inclusive of the transport charges. The learned APP submitted that the conveyance charges needs to be paid separately. 2.

Learned counsel Shri. Jaiswal submits that he is ready to deposit the aforesaid amount and he is ready to bear the expenses in respect of conveyance.

In view of this submission, after depositing all the amount in advance, the order is to be complied with and he is to be taken with escort for the purpose mentioned in the order dated 22.1.2021. It is desirable that the jail authority calculates the amount in advance which will be required for conveyance as there is possibility that he may not deposit that amount in future and may create complications. As atleast 12 hours will be required for going to the place of religious rites and to return jail from that place, the amount needs to be deposited accordingly as the aforesaid amount of Rs.10795/- will be for eight hours only. The amount is to be deposited today only and the petitioner needs to give specifc time of religious rites so that he is taken out of jail immediately and returns the jail within that time. This Court hopes that the exercise will be completed within 12 hours. With this order and direction, the present proceeding is disposed of.
