The applicants seek to bring on record legal representatives of appellant no.4, who died on 26.10.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed alongwith application. There is delay of 724 days. 3.

It is submitted that due to communication gap between applicants and their Advocate, delay is occasioned. 4.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondents do not dispute aforesaid position.

In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A), (B) and (C).
